Comments
If comments are enabled and you leave a comment on our website, we collect the information shown in the comments form, along with your IP address and browser user agent information, to help detect spam.
An anonymized string created from your email address, also called a hash, may be sent to Gravatar to determine whether you use that service. User Accounts

You can view and edit your profile information, except your username, and request deletion of your personal information as described below. We use EWWW Image Optimizer to help optimize website images. External processing depends on which features are enabled:
- Compress API: When this feature is enabled, images, including user-submitted images, may be transmitted to compression servers in the United States. Images are returned after processing and deleted from those servers unless the backup feature is enabled, in which case copies may be stored for up to 30 days.
- Easy IO: When this feature is enabled, images displayed on the website, including user-submitted images, are transmitted to and stored on a global network of third-party servers known as a content delivery network (CDN). Under EWWW’s current retention policy, these files may be stored on that network for up to one year.

Embedded Content from Other Websites
Our website may include embedded videos, images, articles, or other content from third-party websites. Interacting with embedded content may allow the provider to collect information as though you had visited its website directly.

Message and data rates may apply under your mobile carrier’s plan. TechSola does not charge a separate fee for SMS messages and is not responsible for charges imposed by your carrier.
Opting Out
You may opt out of our SMS messaging program at any time by replying STOP to a message. You may receive a final message confirming your opt-out request. After opting out, you will no longer receive messages from that program unless you later re-enroll or provide renewed consent.

How Long We Retain Information
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely so that we can recognize and approve follow-up comments rather than hold them in a moderation queue.
If you have a website account, we retain the personal information stored in your user profile while the account remains active, subject to deletion requests and any information we must retain for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
We retain inquiries, service communications, and SMS consent records for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes, and meet applicable legal obligations.
